We are five certified coaches from different backgrounds that got together to try and help each other to learn and grow as coaches!  

 

Grainne is a sales coach. Grainne has over 10 years experience in sales and has held key senior positions with a number of internationally recognised sales organisations.    Grainne has initiated coaching programmes in the companies she works for and has a keen interest in developing her skills further.   She presents at major sales seminars around Europe.

 

Lisa is an experienced certified life and business coach.  Lisa has worked in large multinationals and has experience in delivering Presentation Skillls, Building Trust, Influencing Skills and Coaching Skills courses.  Lisa is passionate in persuading, inspiring and influencing groups of people by leading, coaching, empowering and teaching tools, resulting in goal accomplishment, behavioural and long-lasting change. Committed to constant and never-ending improvement, Lisa is currently studying to become a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Outstanding Performance Coaching

 

Brian is a certified life and business coach and NLP practitioner who specialises in career coaching. With a background in consulting in both the public and private sectors, Brian was involved in setting up a successful consulting firm specialising in Human Capital and Technology projects in the public sector in Ireland and internationally. Brian was also Head of Research for a number of years at one of Irelands leading Executive Search companies. There he gained an in-depth insight into the recruitment process and exactly what makes a candidate stand out. He has a passion for helping people in a manner that delivers results.

 

Amanda specialises in Communications Coaching and Media Training. She uses her extensive experience at the forefront of the media industry in Ireland to enable organizations and individuals to communicate their message in a clear, imaginative and focused manner.  She coaches on presentation and interview skills, producing internal and external communication documents, practicing negotiation skills, implementing communication structures and in dealing effectively with the print and broadcast media

 

 

Richard is a certified Life and Executive Coach. He has fifteen years experience in high volume manufacturing with a US Mulitnational as an engineer, a front line manager and Coach.  Richard has experience in developing inhouse coaching and management development programs. Richard focuses on working with inhouse coaches to build workplace coaching programs and with front line managers to build on their abilities to deliver results.
