Coaching supervision is when a more experienced coach acts as a coach for an upcoming coach. There are trained coaching supervisors available from each of the coaching bodies who will provide this service.

By building up a network of coaches you can learn from each others experiences and be made aware of methods and resources that can improve you skills. Networks such as www.irishcoachingsolutions.ie can provide these resources in easy to reach formats.
Always look for opportunities to increase your coaching skills. Take additional classes and attend seminars to improve your skills.

Find willing partners (friends or other coaches) who will let you practice your skills and give you honest feedback.
