How will you know the qualifications of the coaches?

Irish Coaching Solutions uses the ACE convention to help you choose a Coach.   The code awarded to a Coach is based on the data provided by the coach and is only to be used as a guideline for choosing a coach.

ACE convention

  1. A = Accredited: Certified Coach with external professional accreditation of their coaching skills
  2. C = Certified:   Coach has completed a certified training course on Coaching.
  3. E = Experienced:  Industry experience in Coaching but no formal training

Why do you display different qualification levels?

Here at Irish Coaching solutions we believe that all coaches should be given an opportuinity to present  themselves to potential clients.   Some of the the best Coaches may not have decided to become accredited or not taken formal training.

We feel that it is important though to respect the efforts Coaches have made to improve their skills and therefore we feel that it is right to distinguish them.  More importantly, it should be easier for potential clients to choose coaches that meet thier needs.

This convention should only be taken as a guideline.   It is important for Clients to check the qualifications and references of any coach you may choose to hire.
