Dave Conway (C)

Dave's experience ranges from lecturing for DIT at 3rd level, to managing the training function for the Irish League of Credit Unions. In between he has worked for periods with FAS, the Rehabilitation Institute, and spent 8 years with Intel (Irl) Ltd in the training section.

Building on his original qualification in Electronics, Dave subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, and most recently a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching.

In 2007, Dave established his own consultancy business, Conway Coaching and Training Services, which serves the broad T&D sector, as well as individuals for personal coaching.

His broad client base all receive a customised service, which ranges from the development of training materials (incl. FETAC accredited courses), the delivery of management and personal development programmes, and pure training consultancy including Training Needs Analysis and Strategic Planning.
