The foundation of The Thirsty Soul is to awaken your connection with yourself. It’s your life, your mind, your body, your future, your dreams, your goals, your beliefs, your values, your behaviour patterns that you will focus on during your sessions. If you don’t know who you are, then how will you know what you want or where you are going?

As a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Teacher, coaching is not purely about the practicalities of setting goals it also includes looking at the whole package – the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves. I believe that by maintaining our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health through Coaching and Energy Healing then we can have the ability to face each day with an inner strength, can see the hope of what can be and give ourselves the courage to take the first step forward. To create profound change, you start within and let the magic unfold. Sometimes we need to look within... and be inspired.

Roseleen qualifications include being a Reiki Master & Teacher NLP Practitioner, having a Dip IFRS Chartered Accountant (ACA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PDA) and a BA (Hons) French & History
