Richard is an experience workplace coach who has worked with individuals and teams to improve performance; achieve personal goals and deliver results for organizations. With a background predominately in world class manufacturing, Richard has developed a style of coaching which is result’s orientated. This results based coaching methodology is very measurable in that it delivers tangible differences to people performance and organisations results.
Richard has a degree in Engineering, a degree in Management and a Diploma in Personal and Executive coaching. He has developed and delivered training to improve Front Line Manager skills in coaching, influencing, body language, delegation, motivation and career development.
Richard has three beliefs that drive his coaching,
- Everyone has the ability to do better but its easier in a role that matches their strengths
- The success or failure of an organisation lies in its manager’s ability to achieve oganisational goals.
- Time spent developing those who work for you will yield a higher performing team and therefore better results for the organisation.
Richard coaching focuses primarily on helping managers to move to a higher level of performance. If necessary, He will use, strength identification methods, 360 feedback or Human Performance Improvement systems to help managers to understand where they need to focus. He will then use a phased approach with the manager to help them move to a higher level of performance.
