As managing director and founder of Hospitality Training Solutions, Helen’s involvement with industry spans over 15 years. During this time she has held senior posts in the human resource and training disciplines within 4 and 5 star properties in Ireland.

As an experienced trainer and facilitator, Helen has worked with clients to develop strong, effective individuals and cohesive teams within their organisations.
