This three day intensive journey of positive self discovery focuses on identifying your core beliefs. Recognise how they actually limit you and then learn to develop your truths by being honest with your feelings, needs and concerns.. A mixture of lecture, discussion, reflection, activities and writing as well as input and exercises on awareness and acceptance. All supporting you taking action for moving your life and relationships to the next level.
